April 25, 2008 Dear Food and Wine Lovers, On Thursday, May 15th, Tony Coturri will be here for our Ninth Annual Coturri Wine Dinner. His winery in Sonoma County produces organic wines with little intervention in the vineyard or in the wine making process. Their efforts produce distinctive, full-flavored, gutsy wines that are made with only one ingredient: grapes. This will be the first dinner that we will serve a white wine and a rose from Coturri. Please see the enclosed menu for more details. You are invited to attend this year’s dinner with Tony Coturri. His dinners are very popular and I urge you to reserve early. Marybeth and I hope that you will be able to attend this exciting event. The next Wine Tasting Workshop will be held on Tuesday, May 20th at 7:30. Eric Litchfield, will lead us on a tutored tasting of German wines. He is a wine professional and German wine expert who has 18 years of experience importing and promoting German wines.
